Palo Santo, meaning “Holy Wood,” has been used for centuries in cleansing, purification, and spiritual rituals. With its warm, deeply aromatic scent, this sacred wood has been traditionally burned to clear negative energy, enhance meditation, and promote healing. Revered by the Inca and Andean cultures, its smoke is believed to restore harmony and invite positive energy into your space.
Each bundle contains three (3) hand-selected Palo Santo sticks, approximately 4 inches long. As a natural product, size and shape may vary slightly.
Sustainably Sourced
Our Palo Santo is ethically and sustainably harvested from Peru, ensuring that only naturally fallen trees are used. This process allows us to honor the land and traditions while providing you with high-quality, responsibly sourced wood.
How to Use Palo Santo
Prepare Your Space
-Open windows and doors to allow stagnant energy to clear.
-Ensure proper ventilation, especially for those with respiratory sensitivities.
Lighting the Stick
-Hold one end of the Palo Santo stick at a 45-degree angle and light it with a flame.
-Allow it to burn for about 20–30 seconds, then gently blow out the flame so the wood smolders, releasing fragrant smoke.
Setting Intentions & Cleansing
-Move the smoldering stick through your space, allowing the smoke to drift into corners, doorways, and around yourself.
-Visualize the smoke clearing away stagnant energy and replacing it with peace and clarity.
-Set your intention for purification, protection, or renewal.
Extinguishing & Storing
-To extinguish, press the burning end into a fireproof bowl filled with sand or earth.
-Palo Santo can be reused multiple times, so store it in a dry, cool place for future rituals.
Smudging is a personal practice—trust your intuition, connect with the ritual, and let the smoke guide you.
