By participating in our Instagram Live Sales, you acknowledge and accept the following guidelines:

HOW IT WORKS

Our Live Sales are an immersive virtual shopping experience hosted on Instagram (@GuidedGemsandCo), offering a fun and interactive way to discover stunning, powerful, ethically sourced crystals from around the world while connecting with a like-minded community of healers, seekers, and collectors.

• Stay Updated – Follow us on Instagram or check the homepage of GuidedGemsandCo.com for upcoming live sale dates.
• Claiming Items to Purchase – Each crystal or item will be shown individually, with its price displayed on-screen and announced aloud.
• How to Claim: Be the first person to comment the letter and number (the number is the price) shown for the item to secure your piece. For example, A35 for a $35 piece. This serves as a commitment to purchase, so please only comment to claim if you are 100% sure you want it. 
• Time Delay Disclaimer – Due to Instagram’s comment lag, your comment may appear first on your own screen. To ensure fairness, we always go by who appears first on our screen.
• Be Sure to Pay Attention – We’ll periodically drop special opportunities to spin our Prize Wheel for exclusive surprises and freebies!

LIVE SALE POLICIES

• Minimum Order – A $30 minimum order is required for live sale purchases. Orders below this amount may be held for future add-ons or canceled.
• Swaps & Putbacks – Any changes must be made while the group of crystals is still being shown. Once the sale concludes, all claims are final.
• Checkout Process – After the sale, all listings will be posted on GuidedGemsandCo.com under the LIVE SALES tab within 24 hours. Individual invoices are not sent out, so please set a reminder to complete checkout.
• Payment Deadline – Payment is due within 48 hours of listings being posted. If you need extra time, reach out; we strive to be flexible and accommodating when possible. 
• Non-Payment Policy – If you do not complete checkout and fail to communicate within the 48 hours of your listing being posted, you may be blocked from future sales. Expired listings will not be reactivated.

HOW TO CHECKOUT

1. Visit GuidedGemsandCo.com
2. Click the LIVE SALES tab
3. Find your Instagram username
4. Add your listing of items to the cart (along with anything else from the website that you would like to add) and complete checkout with your preferred payment method.
